Cool fronts are rolling in.  The Geese are flying over.  Acorns are falling from the tree.  We're almost there boys.  A couple of more weeks and the Holiest of Holies will be upon us.  I bid each of you good luck in the upcoming rifle season.  I look forward to pics and stories.

I hear that, the cool weather is a blessing here in San Antonio and the rain is the icing on the cake.  Have not heard any geese yet or sandhill cranes, but I have seen alot of winter dove migrating throught the area which provided some hot action for me this past weekend.  Did see some acorns on the ground and several nice hog holes that looked like they had been dug out with a dozer.  I be putting in some time down in South Texas in the blind around the Thanksgiving Holidays and dropping by on my favorite fall fashing spot to see if the fish are running with the cool weather.  Hope to come home with some bountiful harvest and post some pics up on the site with some great tall tales to follow.
