Overview:

 I just picked up a ranch in Hardeman close to Quanah its 2 320 acres with big ranchs next to them I leased a 1000 acres to a group out there and they taken a 167 class the other 3 guys or holding off there seeing some high 150 class but the guy that I leased it from called and said he has a buddy he has known for 40 years and no one has ever hunted the places and he said there some mule deer and white tail he feels will make the book, no one drives the old back road because its a dead end and the owner lives next to the road but he ask me to lease it or run hunts on it, So I was thinking if someone that would like to have it for year round could do a hunt with me for $1500 3 or 4 days Guys you pay the owner I make nothing but the hunt he has told me I could come look at it and hunt it, But if you want to lease the place I'll work him down as low as we can, we could hit him up has we're down there, We still have ranchs that has not had a hunter put on it? I'll hold on to some of them till the last 2 weeks before we hunt them, they start at $450 2 1/2 days some with cabins.
