Overview:

The land is divided up into three pastures of 230, 500, and 1500 acres.  All pastures have two or more ponds, with the largest pasture having a small creek.  all three are thick covered, mostly in mesquite with some larger trees along the creek and by the ponds.  there are 4 corn feeders running throughout, with suitable blinds to match.
