Overview:

I have 5 spots available on this 700 acres in East Texas.  Zavalla ,  there are 9 total spots on this place. 

close to town with lots of land around the 700 acres ,  it backs up to several more deer leases.

guest are allowed but any kill comes off your allotment.  its a 2 buck 2 doe county. 13 inch restriction.

there is a place to camp , no electricity , no running water......bring your generator and own water..

 The deer in the picture was taken last year on our 1600 acre lease just down the road from the 700,  we average 6-8 mature bucks every year.

all i ask is that we do not shoot young does or nub bucks
