We have 2 locations, one in Buda Texas which is a 2500 acre extic game ranch. We utilize 100 acre fields for bird hunting. We hunt 1/2 day over Milo and mesquite tree lines. Our second location is in Thrall, TX about 45 minuets from Downtown Austin. We have 130 acres. 5 different hunt fields offer a variety of cover. We have a field that is called our East Texas Quail Field which is heaviy wooded and a real challenge for thos hunters looking to sharpen their skills. We also have some fields which are much easier to walk for those who require it. We offer the same exceptional service at both locations. Lots of birds, drinks inluded, loaner guns available, cleaning and packaging is included. No hidden fees, no surprises, no "Extra Bird Charges". odging is available upon request at both locations. It is my pleasure to recommend Joe Schram as a shotgun sports shooting instructor. I've known Joe for many years. He is patient, kind, cheerful, and always helpful. However, I didn't know how good an instructor he was until he instructed my wife, a friend, and I in 2007.
Joe did a fine job of setting up the presentations and teaching us to follow through better. He took considerable time to explain what we were doing wrong and how we might improve. He was much more knowledgeable than the instructor who worked with us in the morning. Everyone came away from this event having learned some good practices that made us better wing and sporting clay shooters.
During our monthly sporting clays and skeet shoots Joe informally coaches the shooters in his group when they need help. He doesn't have to be asked to help others, he just does it naturally! If you want to improve your shooting game you can't go wrong by choosing Joe."

Joe knows his craft. He spends considerable time with his dogs and they are incredible! I would recommend anyone to hook up with Joe on an upland bird hunt. He works hard for his clients and I've always taken my limit.

Joe has helped me train my young german shorthaired pointer and turned him into a fine young dog. For the first time we are pointing wild birds. His treatment, attitude, and patience with these dogs is commendable. He has also tought me how to properly shoot and correct myself in the field. We plan on continuing our instruction with Joe in the future. I could not recoomend a better trainer and instructor.
