Filled in 1979 with the primary sporting purpose of being a Bass Haven, Lake Fork exceeded the wildest expectations of sportsman. The 27,700 acre Lake Fork is in the heart of East Texas within 90 miles of the DFW metroplex. Lake Fork holds every record for big bass in Texas. When B.A.S.S. and Hasbro created the Bass Monopoly Game it was none other than Lake Fork that set as the Boardwalk position. There is no fishery that has ever surpassed Lake Fork for quality and numbers of Bass. As a Lake Fork Guide I am proud to be a part of the greatest Lake in the sport of Bass Fishing.
