Hunts are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will hold reservations for no more than 10 days without a deposit.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all hunts. Balance is due 30 days prior to hunt on some hunts, and on arrival with other hunts. Balances being paid on arrival must be paid with cash, cashiers check or travelers checks. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Deposits are non-refundable, unless Hunter can be replaced at full price. It is not our obligation to replace Hunter if cancellation occurs.

Upon receipt of deposit, we will send a receipt of deposit, confirmation letter and contract policy on all hunts.

Daily fees will range from $100 - $225 per day, per person, according to ranch hunted and amenities requested.

We enforce a Wounded Animal Policy; if you draw blood, it's yours.

Drinking of alcoholic beverages is not allowed while hunting. We reserve the right to refuse a Client hunting privileges if Client is deemed to be unsafe of mind or being.

Exclusions we do not provide: Alcoholic beverages, regular hunting equipment, guns or personal effects. We can arrange for fire arms and ammo with proper notice.

Clients must pay for Hunting Licenses, Taxidermy Services and alcoholic beverages.

We will ship mounts, cape and antlers to Clients requested destination. Client will be charged for shipping expenses, as well as a service charge for crating and handling
