this is a quick way to have breakfast at the camp.

2 eggs

chopped ham

onion

shredded cheese

whatever you like in your omelette

(make the day b4 if your lazy like me) blend eggs and pour them into a ziploc bag. then put all other ingredients. Place in a pot of boiling water for around 10 minutes. lay in you bed or drink a cup of coffee, cause it cooks itself.

Thanks. I never thought about preparing it the day before.  That's not laziness; that's genius.  They don't sell breakfast tacos at 4 am.  I will do that.  I have to eat as soon as my feet hit the floor in the morning no matter what.  Though, it got me in trouble in the Army.  We'd be doing something important and I'd be eating peanut butter and crackers from my MRE.  So your recipe will help me out.  Eating in the morning makes me energized and ready to take down a whietail.  I also snack throughout the hunt w/ trailmix, peanuts,...etc to keep my mind on hunting.  If I'm hungry then I'll lose my concentration and start shaking.  It depends upon the person on whether or not they need to eat at certain times.
