Ok, this does not have wild game in it, but it goes great with everything, including game.

Mix together all of these ingredients:  Melted butter, olive oil, fine chopped garlic, cilantro (or parsley if you don't want the slight spicy flavor of cilantro), cracked black pepper (coarse as you like it), and lemon juice.

I didn't put quanities because it never comes out the same twice and I just add to taste. The lemon really makes a difference, I like extra lemon in mine.

Once all of that is mixed together, slather it on the two halves of the garlic bread and put it on the grill. I like to use mesquite to add that extra flavor. Put it with the spread side up until it melts down in the bread good. Then to finish it off turn it over on the grill and let it get a little grill markings and char the top of it.

And Enjoy! It is great and you will find adjustments to the amount of everything.
