Protein feeders

I lease 40 acres of land for deer hunting.I have had good luck the last four years but, was thinking of adding a protein feeder. It is low fenced but, only one other hunter hunts next to me. My question is: Would it be worth it to add a protein feeder to my place since the deer in the area have free range and my neighbor that hunts next to me would also get the benefit without the expense? I'm not trying to be selfish just trying to make the best with what I have on a limited budget. I would consider a food plot but, during the off season the land owner runs his cattle on the land so that is out of the question.All I have now is a broadcast feeder feeding corn.

Yes it makes since to do that. I have never met the guy, this is the first year he will be hunting next to me.I will give it a try. Thanks for the advice.
