Nice, that's what I'm talking about some good RED action.  You better believe those are good to eat, if you know how to cook them, I have been told that the best way to cook a big Red or Drum like that is in the Pit smoked or grilled.

Redfish (some call them Red Drum) are excellent eating fish.  We've had them grilled, baked, marinated, and in all sorts of cajun dishes.  Frankly, they're hard to mess up (although I'm sure that's possible!)
