You may have a problem having hog processed if it is a feral hog. I know some processors who won't touch them. Supposedly state law reads that you can't have wild swine in area other meats are processed, but don't know for sure. Besides that, have you priced what they want to process game now? It would be easier to process yourself. Just get in there and start cutting meat off the bone. Grind it up if you are going to make sausage, butterfly fillet backstrap, use a battery operated recip-saw to cut rib rack into serving portions. I learned to process my own a little over 40 years ago and have never looked back. You'd be surprised how you can custom cut your own meats.
