The Central Texas Outdoor Expo will take place on Saturday, October 17 at the Bell County Expo Center in Belton.  Lots of things for the kids to do and see, including a rattlesnake pit, a rock climbing wall, interactive NASCAR games and big hawks.

General admission is $5, military gets in for $2 with valid ID, and kids under 10 years old are free.  Tickets will be available online at www.tdtnews.com, at the Temple Daily Telegram, 10 South Third Street in downtown Temple, or at the door.

Register for door prizes, including a NASCAR weekend get-away, to be given away throughout the event, which will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
