very cool. Are there places to go to take your kids to search for indian artifacts? public or private lands? I have had several "city people" ask that question.

Yes there are private digs around,most are down around the southern central part of the state. On those you usually pay the land owner to be on the property and then you have access to find the artifacts.If you sign up to be a member you can veiw the photos and most tell where they are found at. There is a lot of info on there about digs.The site is free to join also.
