These four corn thieving bastards got their last free meal from me.  All died within a few yards of my feeder.  I also got a possum, a skunk and another coon later.  Second from the right was extremely well fed, I'm sure I've paid for a lot of his meals.  No more.

Interesting.  I think that same gang has been out at my folk's feeders.  Thanks for dispensing a little justice. :)

ANTLERS

Keep on shootin'. Those coons claimed two of my daughters ducks the other night when I was just a couple minutes after dark locking them up. I can't catch up to them other than a couple of pics on my game cam.

If they ride the gravy train they got to pay the porter sometime.

You gonna save the pelts or are they worth anything any more (or is there enough left of them)?

Taken from the TPWD site.

NUISANCE FUR-BEARING ANIMALS

Landowners or their agents may take nuisance fur-bearing animals in any number by any means at any time on that person's land without the need for a hunting or trapping license. However, fur-bearing animals or their pelts taken for these purposes may not be retained or possessed by anyone at any time except licensed trappers during the lawful open season and possession periods.

Nuisance fur-bearing animals may be captured and relocated if the person has received authorization from the department and the owner of the property where the release will occur. A monthly report is required and must be submitted to the department on number and kind of fur-bearers captured, location of release site, name and address of person authorized to release.

So feel free to shoot all you want.

Guns don't kill people....Its those pesky little bullets making lots of holes that all the blood leaks out of.

Actually, I never fired a shot.  I have a much better method now, it doesn't require me to sit and wait on them with a spot light.  It is very deadly and I don't have to hunt for them.  Will not share in an open forum though........

Rusty,

We're all for constructive debate here but this and a couple of your other posts makes it seem that this a little personal.  I'm not trying to assign blame to anyone or anything like that...let's just try to keep it civil.

Rusty sounds like an Anti to me.  No worries though.   I've killed more deer, hogs, bobcat, turkey, dove, quail and exotics in my life than he will probably ever actually see, most of which were not over a feeder.  Oh, well...water off of a ducks back....

Actually, now that I think of it, I do not know of an "illegal" way to kill coons as they are not a game animal and are a nuissance.  However, the method by which I killed these would not be classified as hunting, so I'm not sharing it in an open forum.

Rusty,

Talk like that and people will think you belong to and support PETA.

I hope that is not the case.

Rusty,

As I said in my other posting, it truly sounds as though something in your life has made you very unhappy and disgruntled. As your personal attacke on Ryan have shown, you are trying very hard to share that attitude with the rest of us. Unfortunately, none of us want any of it. I really do hope that you find whatever it is you need to make you happy. Then you can become a contructive member of this site. After all as the saying goes, those that live in glass houses should not throw stones!
