Is this the lease you had advertised on Craigslist. You wanted the money last weekend. What do you mean buy just finalized the deal. Did you buy the land. Is there a writen set of guide lines and rules.

Yes this is the same lease and by saying we finalized it I meant it was a done deal we had the lease for the year and for some more after this one and we do want the money as people get on it we wont hold a spot for someone if they take the chance and not pay and it fills up then they just lost that spot for the year and no this is a lease we have with a management company and yes thier is a written set of rules you can email me at    mr.jasonholston@sbcglobal.net

ok I am confussed. You say not hunted in 3 years but your other post say 4 years. And each post say your about to finalize the deal. Can you explain. Also the last post said $1500 per gun not family.

the leased was last leased in 05-06 then the people running the lease in 06 went south so havent been leased since then we tried to lease the land last year but the land owner wanted more than we could do so we let it drop then this year the time I posted the lease was finalized was when we got the lease to start filling up we have 17 members on the books and still need 13 more we are charging 1000 a family (you ,wife and kids upto 18 years of age. my name is Jason Holston  call me and can show you the lease or tell you about it   281-806-9441
