Everyone, avoid the Texas Hunter Product's.  We purchased a blind from them around three years ago and it has warped to the point that you can stick your hand between the bolts.  They will not respond via  e-mail and when called, they have to get back to you.  In which case they never have gotten back to either myself nor my wife.  Very bad product and would not recommend their products to anyone.  Avoid them at all costs.

Hi Darrell thank you for your post. I show that we received an email from your wife on 10/28 which we responded to and on 10/30 shipped you a replacement door at no charge. If you are having any additional issues please give us a call directly so we can help you. Our toll free number is (800) 969-3337. As you may know, we've been manufacturing our blinds since 1954 and have tens of thousands of satisfied customers - and we want you to be one too!

I baught a blind last year, and I do like it. The only problem I have is ,in New York state the snow freezes the windows & I can't get them open without making a lot of noise. I wish that the windows lifted up & down. Clinton Hazzard
