ok so I shoot a Matthews sq2 70# with a 29" draw length. I have a TM hunter overdraw on there and am shooting 27" Gold Tip XT 5575 +/- .003 graphite arrows with 100 grain points. I shoot a C-10 Winn freeflight release. I took my bow into the shop and they couldn't even get it to paper tune right. they said my bow was within all specs as far as they could tell. I'm getting a nock low hole and sometimes a nock low and right hole. we moved the rest and the nock point and nothing seemed to help.

Any clue here guys/gals?

Try bumping up your broadheads and field tips to 125gr and see what happens.

Try shooting a 29" arrow and see what happens.  I had the same problem a few years ago and lengthening my arrows helped.  It is worth a shot especially when nothing else seems to work.

Make sure your arrow is coming off your rest clean. I shoot the same arrow and tip.I think your spine is ok.
