We have a new lease it hasnt been hunted in 3 years we will manage the place and the places around our being managed It is 8000 acres and the deal should be final by the weekend so we can start showing the lease one end of the lease is bordered by grain fields we are starting to take names and # so we can setup times to show lease.

ok I am confussed. You say not hunted in 3 years but your other post say 4 years. And each post say your about to finalize the deal. Can you explain.
