LIGHTNING

This lion was hit by a car.  Fish and Game had to come and put him down. He charged at the Fish and Game guy in the process.

Look at the size of his PAWS!

There are reports it was in Texas, but the true story seems to be here:

I heard about this being a false report in Stonewall this weeked.  It's amazing how much crap there is floating around the net.

Thats one BIG mountain lion, wherever it was hit! Here in CT there are lots of stories of their being some mountain lions around, though DEP denies it. A fellow I met who is hired by the state from time to time to trap and relocate black bears says that while he has never seen one or its sign he has heard too many stories from reliable people to rule it out. Personally he said he thinks there are probably a few around, most likely animals illegally brought to the state and released into the wild. I always thought that even the NW part of this state was too built up for them, but with storys I've read of them hanging around built up areas in CA I wonder if there are not a few in the hills here? Certainly there are enough deer to keep them fed.

The Cat was actually killed in Arizona, I read the original article.  It was hit by a F-350 and DPS had to come out and put the animal down.  The animal did NOT charge the officer.

Oh my fucking god. Rednecksuckass, you have to be the lowest excuse for a human that has ever been my displeasure to encounter. It's people like you who are destroying the art of of hunting as it is today. You don't realize notr comprehend how valueable hunting was to our ancestors and still is to us today. I can not beleive how idssapointed i am in you. I am flabbergasted. FU
