I am glad you posted that. I bet they would work. They are putting similar items on the new bows to quiet them. Once it's adjusted right, it's probably quite a help on some of the shorter bows that shock pretty good, like the Parkers. I need to get one of those for my sons bow.

The new Bowtech General (my new bow) has something like that on it. It is extremely quiet.  By the way SDTEXAN, someone stole my tribute out of my truck. Did you get my message about the box from REALTREE?

And, General, how do you like the General? I am thinking about a new bow this spring, and I was eyeballing the 101st Airborne.

Ther general is a very nice bow.  It is extremely quiet and when you shoot it, feels like nothing is in your hand. It also has a very smooth draw.

I love the looks of that bow too. Dang, I need to get one of each. That's going to hairlip the old lady...

I am planning to shoot my new Hoyt Avenger by July 2008 since I am now one month post surgery on a rotator cuff. I could barely shoot 50 lbs in Dec. and shot it about a dozen times. It is really quite and it doesn't use a tamer of that type. Looks like the right way to go about it.
