Fly Fishing Texas Seminars and Classes
Pearland Bass Pro Shops, 1000 Bass Pro Drive, Pearland, TX 77047

earland White River Fly Shop presents an all day Fly fishing Texas special event.
Our panel of experts that includes well known local guides and professional fly fishing instructors will teach you how to choose the right equipment, how to use it, where to go to fish, and how to be successful. The day's activities will include special classes, advanced csting techniques for both fresh water and saltwater species. Fly tying demonstrations and classes will be given throughout the day!

The schedule for the day is as follows:

9:30 AM Conference Room. Brent Ewald and Collins Illich will teach equipment basics of choosing a rod, reel, line and leader.
10:30 AM Conference Room. Capt. Sally Moffett will teach Inshore Basics of what, where, and how.
11:30 AM Conference. Ed Marshall will speak on flyfishing in New Mexico's San Juan River
12:30 PM Outside Lake, Capt. Sally Moffett will present Kayak Fishing demonstration.
1:30 PM Conference Room. Collins Illich will speak on Blue Wter Flyfishing and IGFA riggging.
2:30 PM Oustide Store. Collins Illich will teach large fish fighting techniques from an offshore boat.
3:30 PM Conference Room. Dave Lemke will teach fishing New Mexico's Pecos River.
4:30 pm Conference Room Mark Marmon will teach "Fly Fishing in the Houston Metropolitan Area.
