• State Presidents and Provincial Leader's Breakfast with the NWTF National Board of Directors — 8:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
• Technical Committee Meeting — 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Leadership Interactive Seminar — 1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  Invited: Board, NWTF Leaders, Regional Staff
• Exhibitor Set-up — 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
• School Children JAKES Program — 10:00 a.m. - Noon
• Technical Committee Lunch — Noon - 1:30 p.m.
• Wild Turkey Bourbon/NWTF Grand National Friction Calling Contest — 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Welcome Party, Dinner and Entertainment by Little Big Town — 5:45 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Parking at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel is $5 per day.  Park in Lot E, Shuttle buses will be available to transport you to the Delta Exhibit hall entrance
