Larry Varner is a Wildlife Nutritionist and Management Consultant. Larry designs, directs and supervises the research, development and testing of new wildlife feed products for Purina. Larry works with ranchers, wildlife biologists, game farms and timber companies in developing nutrition and management plans for both native and exotic wildlife. Larry consults with ranchers and wildlife producers all over the US, in Mexico and Canada. Ranches and leases Larry consults with on white-tailed deer, mule deer and elk represent over two million acres. Larry has published over 30 technical papers and two book chapters on nutrition and metabolism of wildlife and livestock.
